What a year…
AEZ and football club RB Leipzig went into extra time. And they celebrated the continuation of their partnership, which started in 2020, with a specially designed rim – the AEZ Leipzig. The glossy deep black wheel in the Y-spoke design has been developed for the biggies in the SUV segment, and in the dimension range from 20 to 22 inches it looks pretty good on the major SUVs in the premium segment such as the Porsche Cayenne, BMW X5 and X6, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport. It easily carries wheel loads in excess of 1000 kg, is available in offsets ranging from 20 to 50mm, and with an ECE approval it comes, of course, free-of-registration – Plug & Drive, Made in Germany. But not only drivers of big SUVs find considerably-sized rims at AEZ. Our second newcomer in 2021, the Aruba in a V-spoke design, impresses with its matte finish in a premium graphite tone, adorning every car of the mid- and upper-mid range of the Audi and VW groups.
If you look closely, you will see how refined it really is: Asymmetric elements meet inclined surfaces, thus combining structured austerity with a dash of playfulness. Available in 18 to 21 inches, Plug & Drive thanks to ECE. The refinements of the AEZ Aruba come to the fore beautifully in the clip.
The AEZ Aruba and Leipzig are certainly a dream team in their own right. But how can the two models come to shine on your own car? Will you go for a spot landing or rather a different AEZ model, or another finish?

Last year’s partnership between AEZ and RB Leipzig also offered many highlights and numerous exciting moments which kept the fans spellbound. We’re excited to find out if the 2021/22 season, once again, will end with a top ranking. Right now, the Red Bulls are in the top third – plenty of excitement ahead!
As a highpoint in the partnership with RB Leipzig, AEZ provided a very special highlight: A total of six RB fans can look forward to tickets that will take them to a home game of their choice in the Leipzig stadium, due to Corona, in the upcoming season. The main prize of the raffle consisted of a fan package that, not only, included two VIP tickets: The two main winners will get an exclusive stadium tour comprising a meet & greet with a player and a jersey signed by the entire current team.
But that wasn’t the only raffle in the past year. ALCAR fans and customers who wanted to sweeten their pre-Christmas period not only with rim know-how but also with a raffle, could do so also in 2021 with the popular ALCAR Advent calendar.
As a thank you to all fans and customers, ALCAR selected 24 top prizes that were waiting for their winners behind 24 doors. Hence, every day there was a chance to win great prizes

Last but not least, we would like to take a look at the new designs in the spring range. The Atlanta rim has been designed for the mid-range – from A for Audi to V for Volvo – and combines a classic design with a certain oomph of skilfully positioned asymmetries as an eye-catcher. The dynamically designed wheel is available in glossy black or graphite matte front-polished and in the dimensions 7.5x17 to 9.5x20 inches.
The AEZ Porto combines great attention to detail with the classic-universal style of a cross-spoke wheel. Surfaces and spokes from an impressive match in the tones gunmetal front-polished and matte black while the fine spoke contours and the delicately front-polished rim flange create a very special look. The Porto is suitable for cars and SUVs in the mid- and upper mid-range from the Audi A3 to the Land Rover Discovery as well as a wide range of hybrid and electric cars from the Jaguar E-Pace to the Tesla Model S or the VW ID4. The available dimensions range from 8.0x18 to 9.0x21 inches.
